Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Tracking details are provided after dispatch where available.

Payment

TrueMela storefront orders currently use Cash on Delivery (COD). UPI, cards and other online payment methods are not currently offered as storefront payment options.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Courier selection depends on location and serviceability.

Returns

Eligible products can be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility and instructions.

Cancellations

COD orders can normally be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us with the order number.
