These Terms of Service govern use of the TrueMela online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Refund & Return Policies.
Who we are
The store is operated by TrueMela in India. Customer support is provided by email only at support@truemela.shop. You may email us at any time; response times may vary.
Products and availability
Products are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, images, specifications and dimensions accurately. Packaging, colour appearance and minor presentation details can vary. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and charges are handled as required. Prices can change before an order is placed. If a listing has a material pricing or description error, we may contact you or cancel the affected order.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. An order is accepted when it is processed for fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel orders because of listing errors, stock issues, delivery-serviceability problems, suspected fraud or repeated COD abuse.
Payment
The storefront currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not currently advertise UPI, card or other online payment methods as available storefront payment options. Payment for a COD order is collected in connection with delivery according to the courier's supported collection process.
Shipping
Shipping coverage, estimates, courier selection and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Courier selection can vary according to location and serviceability.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. For approved refunds on a COD order, the available refund method and any required details are confirmed by email.
Promotions
If promotions or discount codes are offered, their stated conditions apply. We do not guarantee that a promotion or discount will always be available.
User content
If customers submit reviews or other content in the future, they must be genuine and lawful. We may moderate or remove spam, fraudulent or unlawful content. TrueMela does not fabricate customer reviews or testimonials.
Prohibited use
You may not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, malicious code, infringement of third-party rights or attempts to bypass security or checkout controls.
Third-party services
The store uses third-party services including Shopify, suppliers involved in fulfilment and courier/logistics providers. Their service availability and technical operation can affect the store and delivery process.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on the store. The terms applicable when an order is placed govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
