Shipping coverage
TrueMela currently ships across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking details once it has shipped.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges applicable to your order are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. If your tracking has not updated for several days or your order appears to be lost, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
