Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@truemela.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we will cover the cost of the return or replacement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, personal care products that have been opened or used, and gift cards. Items marked as final sale are also not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
